We provide our services only when a client places an order by completing and submitting our order form. The client should provide all the assignment details, including the scope, deadline, and delivery terms. It is your responsibility as a client to provide honest, full, and complete information. Meanwhile, we hold no accounts for our clients. However, we keep records of orders so that we can recognize a repeat client.
Our contract with you starts as soon as we agree to work on your assignment. However, either party may decide to terminate the contract for whichever reason they have. We may terminate the contract if we realize that you are using the service for illegal reasons, or discover any other unacceptable activity. In this case, we won't refund you anything, and we will block you from accessing our services any more. You may also choose to terminate the contract from your side. If you do so while service provision is underway, we won't be liable for any refunds.
Price and Payments

All order prices will be determined according to our pricing technique once we have identified the scope of your work. Payments are made in advance. We will not deliver any completed assignment if we do not receive full payment for it. If we evaluate your order manually and realize that you need to pay an additional amount to have it done we will notify you of the same with a good explanation. However, you may choose to stop working with us at this point. If you do so, we will process your refund according to our refund policy.

If we are unable to deliver orders within the deadline, we will notify you of the same. Thereafter, we can agree on a modified delivery date, or offer a refund if you choose that option. All orders are delivered via electronic media, primarily email, unless otherwise agreed. Meanwhile, it's the client's responsibility to avail the correct delivery channel, failure to which we shall not be held responsible for any losses.
